The F-IMS62 Carbon Management Plan sets out carbon reduction, the ER34 Environmental Performance Register records performance, and the PP-6-06 Environmental Energy Management Policy Procedure covers energy management. The RA-BR25 Environmental and Sustainability risk assessment covers wider environmental risks.
Document Control
The footer carries the policy number and title, information classification, version and page numbers, and the approval fields record who approved the policy and when, so it can be controlled with the rest of your management system documents and listed on a document register such as the F-IMS20 Document Register.
